The location was convenient for seeing the main attractions.

I found the room rather cramped and uncomfortable. The layout reminded me of it wasted space, and I believe a coffee table should have been in the room. The carpet seemed old and not particularly clean. it fell short of expectations.

The location was excellent. I also appreciated the vegetable patch on the roof.

The facilities could use some improvement. I found the daily service regarding cleanliness to be inconsistent. For example, my shower cap was replaced, but the sanitary bags were not refilled.

The location was perfect for La Scala and the Duomo. These were the main attractions for us. The staff were friendly and efficient.

I found the lighting to be substandard. It was especially poor for a room with stairs. The shower lacked any safety features like grab bars, particularly concerning for older adults.
